This is a very strange flower that I never see before. I managed to take a photo of it at Singapore Botanic Garden. I google and found out that it is known as Bat Lily and the family name is Taccaceae. Its origins are from Northeastern India, Burma, Thailand, Malay Peninsula, Sumatra, Java, Borneo. They are sometimes called "Cats Whiskers" because of the many look alike whiskers it had.
It is very beautiful and the beautiful bloom will last only a few days.
