This is the common flowers found all over Singapore. Now I am not sure if it is Carphalea Kirondron or Ixora, they looked similar. I leave it to the expert.
The picture you posted of the Carphalea kirondron (Flaming Beauty) looks to be Ixora... the 2 are commonly mistaken. The Flaming Beauty does not have leaves like that in the shrub and there are small white buds accompanying the blooms...
